I like the "full disclosure" Mullvad provides on their website, as I was wondering about their US servers. The Learn More link at the top of the page, was also informative to me.

Looks as if the discount already is applied so will just try it out - maybe start with 6 months.
Edit: Unfortunately not much to save because of VAT of where I live
