Hi, I think of getting new PC after seven years and if I get this CPU ,

Intel Core i9-11900K Processor then I don't need to get a dedicated GPU, is that correct? Thanks.

I don't plan on gaming on this PC, but perhaps, I would do some photoshop or video editing. Any advice? Thank you.

Intel's 12th Gen Alder Lake CPUs are going to be release in November 2021 from early info it should be much better than
the current 11th gen CPUs.

You may want to wait a bit longer, November is not that far away.

I think you should consult (especially photoshop and video editing) benchmarks and reviews first and check if there are other alternatives that might suit you better, especially in terms of overall cost, power efficiency, upgradability, and performance. If turns out i9-11900K is the best option for your case and you can't afford to wait for 12th Gen, then go get that 11900K.

If you have an existing Intel setup already running and just upgrading the CPU then the 11900K is Intel's current flagship
desktop CPU. So you can't really do much better than that for the LGA 1200 socket.

The new Alder Lake CPUs will need new motherboards has they are LGA 1700 socket. It will be overall more costly to go this route if you already have a LGA1200 motherboard, for sure.

But if you are buying a NEW PC, then a mid-range Alder lake system could indeed outperform Intel's current gen flagship. Which may cost
less than buying a brand new complete 11900K system at the present moment..

If your current system can carry you till November then definitely wait has prices for older gen 11th gen should also drop after that.
If you are buying a complete new PC, then definitely wait till November for reviews. You waited 7 years 2 more months should be fine. ;)

@The_King Yes, I will be upgrading motherboard as well.

Early leaks indicated the new intel 12th gen to be significantly faster than the current 11th gen. So definitely wait for the reviews before buying.

I think about getting these parts finally, which will be cheaper for me, but run Windows 11 perfectly, is that correct?
I won't do video editing and playing games.

CPU:
Intel Core i5-9400F Coffee Lake 9th Gen Processor
Motherboard:
ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XI FORMULA Z390 9TH AND 8TH GEN LGA1151 MAINBOARD
RAM:
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB 16GBx2 4000MHz CL18 DDR4 Memory
SSD:
Samsung 980PRO M.2 2280 NVMe 1TB Gen4 x4 SSD

Note: With Asus Rog Maximus Xi Formula Z390 9th And 8th Gen Lga1151 Mainboard, I can only use i5-9400F Coffee Lake 9th Gen Processor, is that correct?

Already have:
GPU: Asus NVidia GeForce gtx 1050 ti

The i5-9400F is officially supported by Windows 11 Intel CPU support page

Your motherboard will support Windows 11 if you are running the latest BIOS.

Version 1903 2021/08/03 8.21 MBytes

ROG MAXIMUS XI FORMULA BIOS 1903
"- Support Windows 11 by default, no settings changes required in the UEFI BIOS.
Before running the USB BIOS Flashback tool, please rename the BIOS file (M11F.CAP) using BIOSRenamer."

I didn't see a GPU in your list. Just be aware, the 9400F does not have a built-in GPU. So you will need to add a GPU to
get your system to work.

List of CPUs supported by your motherboard.
I already have GPU: Asus NVidia GeForce gtx 1050 ti

Look bro, the year doesn't matter.

Your CPU and Motherboard support Windows 11 according to the website official
The GPU doesn't matter, only Motherboard and CPU does matter of Windows 11..

Why I need to run the USB BIOS Flashback tool?
To support Windows 11. if you dont run it then doesn't support Windows 11 :) understand?

Yes, but King said this at the end of his message:
""- Support Windows 11 by default, no settings changes required in the UEFI BIOS."

Also no, my current PC is back to 2016 and doesn't support:
