As stated above , you should enable UAC, but other then this, config looks good/solid!

use sandboxie is easy for newby , you just download sandboxie from http://www.sandboxie.com/ and follow step or u can watch sandboxie review in youtube to learning

Sandboxie is not for real testing...for this i would recommend Toolwiz Time Freeze.http://www.toolwiz.com/en/products/toolwiz-time-freeze/ .Just MHO.
