Kerish Doctor is a good one for instance. Wise Cleaner could be a good free alternative.

As suggested by @dinosaur07, both Kerish Doctor and Wide Disk Cleaner are excellent. If you want to update drivers (not that you often need to), I recommend DriverHub. Glary Utilities includes a driver updater, which I've run it on a few systems, and it never found any driver updates.
