Solved Go Save: One hell of beast. EDIT: Solved

Hi guys.

I know there are plenty of threads here about Go Save but I'm having hell with this bugger and know that it's best not to run scripts from other threads. I've never come across an infection I can't kill before so this is driving me mad!
I've read the 'Preparation' and 'Before You Post' threads and have attached both the FRST log and an ADW log.
I'm working on this issue on my mother-in-law's laptop and we're only here a couple of days so any help would be appreciated massively. The quicker, the better.
