Advice Request Good app for examining running processes for Android?

Which software do you advise for using to examine the proceses like you would on Windows with Process Explorer ? It would be nice not to request root privilages. I'm using 3C Task Manager now but I don't like it much.

What do you recommend ? The phone is running Android 9.

EDIT: I missed a category. Can someone replace with more adequate one ?
