Serious Discussion Harmony Endpoint by Check Point

The options in the Infinity Portal are available but the firewall isn't installed in the Windows Security panel.
I meant the Windows Firewall options in security centre to manage firewall, are these available to you?
I see Windows Firewall in Security Centre too, but all options to manage it are disabled.

The Windows Firewall is available and running but the Checkpoint Endpoint firewall isn't there at all. My client reports the Firewall and Application Control as on.

This is what I see:

It looks like Windows Firewall is active, highlighted in blue. All options to manage Windows Firewall are disabled, highlighted in green.
When I click on manage providers highlighted in yellow, I see this:

If you don't see this, repair the client using push operations in the infinity portal.

Liz Deakin is the CEO of this company you purchased from (Lithify). Once your purchase is successful, she will create a portal (tenant) for you and will add your email as administrator.
You should then receive an invitation to register for Check Point Infinity.
When registering, make sure your correct region is selected otherwise you will only be able to access the portal via VPN.
If you have any questions/problems with the licensing, such as invitation not received, contact checkpoint.direct (Lithify) support. Liz Deakin will reply quickly (at least she did to me).

I'm running repair the client. Checkpoint Anti Malware is turned on but the options to manage the Windows Firewall aren't disabled.

What if I already set up a portal? Do I need to delete it to to have Liz set one up for my Lithify purchase? Just asking if I can't upload a contract to my current portal.

I repaired the client and reinstalled it for good measure and Windows Firewall insists on remaining turned on. No joy!

Now that's something I don't really know. I am well aware of all technical parts of the product but I got no clue about the accounting around of it.
Liz should be able to answer these questions.

How about if you manually turn it off, similarly to this:

I manually turned off the Windows Firewall and Checkpoint still hasn't replaced it! If they had a separate installer for their firewall, it would be up and running but it isn't running despite being on in the client. If there's something I'm missing on the portal, let me know.

You can either try deploying the client using the "Export Package" option under Policy, or you can try using the 86.80 which is stable version with hotfixes. The 87.30 is more like Early Availability.

I installed the stable version. Windows Firewall is still on.

I'm speculating, but after you selected Checkpoint firewall in management console did you then push it to your computer. I know I my win10 it took awhile, not sure how long, but far from instantaneous.

Windows 11 is based on Windows 10. It may take awhile or it may never happen - the switch to the malware protection happened upon installation. I'll live in the meantime with Windows Firewall.

You can always contact Check Point support as well, that’s why they’ve been employed 😀
Just saying.
