I don't own a Mac, but I did try Safari back when there was a Windows version. It was, alright, I think. Though, I didn't use it very long because it would often freeze like the old Firefox. Chrome was my daily driver back then because it was fast and was the only browser that wouldn't hang on an Eee PC.

Would I try it again if it was available for Windows? Sure. But I don't think it would replace Chrome. Mainly because ad blocker limitations...

Best browser for macOS for 2 reasons: battery efficiency and integration. Firefox not so good on macOS use to much CPU and drain battery power...I recommend Chrome or Opera as alternatives.
