Hello Everybody

I am here because by way of malware that won't go away...I can't afford for my computer to crash, I don't have a copy disk of my operating system --- so I come here to get help on how to clean and steer away from malware...please help me...tired of recreating the wheel and getting nowhere.... I download malware cleaners but the malware or the potential unwanted programs are still on my computer...please help me staff...
