Help needed to remove dllhost.exe Com Surrogate virus

dllhost.exe*32 COM Surrogate on Windows 7. Need help removing. I can stop the process manually through TASK MANAGER but it keeps coming back. I tried to read through forums to figure out how to remove.

What other information do you need from me?
