Help. PC Parts thoughts.

I'm about to build a new desktop. Anyone care to share their thought or have a better setup to recommend? Here are the 2 setups I'm trying to decide on. Which one is better or what would you change? I kinda like the MSI board but not really sure.

I think ASUS board is great !

you should go with ASUS Board !

ASUS would be my first choice for a Motherboard.ASUS would be my first choice for a laptop also.ASUS makes some quality stuff and their boards are excellent.MSI is good but I think ASUS has pulled away from them in the past few years
