help with a redirecting virus

I am having a similar problem and its extremely frustrating. I am unable to start chrome or internet explorer, and upon windows start up i get an error message: PCFTray.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click Ok to close the application.

I did some research and I realised that its caused by "Baidu PC Faster" so i tried uninstalling it through the control panel but it says an error occurred while trying to unistal Baidu PC Faster. It may have already been uninstalled. would you like to remove Baidu PC Faster from the programs and features list? i click yes and it says you don't have sufficient access to remove Baidu PC Faster please contact your system administrator.

I tried fixing that by going into safe mode and uninstalling it, it disappeared in the safe mode but when i restarted i got the same start up error message and i found it again sitting in my control panel.

I tried uninstalling it using revo Uninstaller but it failed.

I downloaded Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and ran it as suggested on this thread and here are the 2 files

First, go to Control Panel and uninstall following (skip lines that cannot be uninstalled):

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Press the Fix button just once and wait.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

fixlog is attached, i don't get the windows start up error any more, but the actual problem still persists. i can't start chrome or explorer just yet. and baidu pc faster is still in the installed programs.

Download TDSSKiller and save it to your desktop

Execute TDSSKiller.exe by doubleclicking on it.
Confirm "End user Licence Agreement" and "KSN Statement" dialog box by clicking on Accept button.

• Press Start Scan
• If Suspicious object is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue.
• If Malicious objects are found, select Cure.

Once complete, a log will be produced at the root drive which is typically C:\ ,for example, C:\TDSSKiller.<version_date_time>log.txt


Please post the contents of that log in your next reply.

Scan with ComboFix

This is a very powerful tool that should be used only if advised by Malware Analyst.
Do not run ComboFix on your own!

Referring to this instruction, please download ComboFix by sUBs and save it to your desktop.
Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.

• Right-click on
  
  icon and select
  
  Run as Administrator to start the tool.
• Accept the disclaimer and agree if prompted to install Recovery Console.
• Do not take any actions while ComboFix goes through your System - it may cause it to stall!
• This scan may take some time!
• When finished - it will display a logfile (located also on your main drive, usually C:\ComboFix.txt).

Include that log in your next reply.

If you'll encounter any issues with internet connection after running ComboFix, please visit this link.

If an error about operation on the key marked for deletion will appear after running the tool, please reboot your machine.

I did all the steps, the problem is still there, i can't start any web browser, and Baidu PC faster is still installed.

I don't know what could be the problem, logs look clean. I think you should reinstall you system.
