Help with android problem

Hi I have a android box I would like to put a app from a camera on. I would like to add a tablet via usb and work it from the tablet (like a monitor) for the hand use.Is this possible?
The reason i don't use the tablet directly is that the tablet will allow only a much older version of the app for the camera.The box will allow a much newer version of the camera app.
Tablet has android version 4.3 ,box is android version 7.1.Thks

Not sure what you mean.. you want to use the Android 4.3 Tablet as a Display to view the contents of the Android 7.1 Box?

yes but just the camera app on the android box abd view it through my tablet so i can use my fingers to view
