You could try a clean Installation of wireless drivers as mentioned here:

I don't have an error code to satisfy the above links and I don't do restore point

I'd recommend that you give Snappy Driver Installer Origin a try and see if it can detect the missing drivers; it can be downloaded from Snappy Driver Installer Origin – Glenn's Page

Here's the link to a video that explains how you will need to configure it -

just ensure that you select the option "Download indexes" as explained in the video too, as that will only download the missing drivers instead of downloading the unnecessary files

Can we trust such a program? I watched the video and liked the concept, but I think it is not wise to update drivers always to the latest version, if it ain't broken, don't fix it.

So is it safe to use?
It's safe to use. But for the most part, as you noted, there's usually no need to update drivers unless you are experiencing issues with a particular device. There are some other driver updaters I prefer over this, because they prioritise finding drivers supplied by your PC manufacturer, over the drivers supplied by device manufacturers. The following link explains this.

The only driver update tools which do this, based my exhaustive testing, are the following.
  • Driver Easy. I no longer recommend this, as with the latest version, you have to pay to update drivers and you can no longer use the previous versions which allowed you to do update drivers for free.
  • PC HelpSoft Driver Updater/Smart Driver Updater/Smart Driver Manager, etc. This is published under countless different names.
  • The driver updater in 360 Total Security. You can only update drivers in the paid version and in any case, it doesn't have a very large database of drivers.
  • Driver Genius. This is only in Chinese and is a different product to the English language product with the same name.
Snappy Driver Installer, isn't a bad program, but I prefer to use better alternatives.

Hi Roger.
Can you explain what you mean by PC Manufacturer vs Device manufacturer. I built my PC, so it has no manufacturer, and why do you say PC Manufacturer is better.
Also do you mean Driver Genius in English is a different product than the Chinese version, or it's just better, and why is that so, and how is that possible, if they are both from avanquest or Driver Genius.

With brand name PCs, often some of the drivers that the manufacturer provides will add customisations. For example with my Dell desktop, the audio driver supplied by Dell adds audio enhancements, that in my opinion, noticably improve the audio quality, as well as some other features that are not available with the standard Realtek driver. While both drivers will work, the driver from Dell is better. In this particular case, there is a more recent audio driver from Dell than the one I have installed. However, it was released for a different model and doesn't include the audio enhancements. So in this case, it's best to use the Dell driver provided specifically for this computer, rather than the latest one released by Dell. However this is not a common scenario.

The two apps are published by different companies.

I should add, that while I mentioned I no longer recommend Driver Easy, I do recommend it for a paid driver update tool. But when you can use PC HelpSoft Driver Updater and others for free, you may not want to pay for one.

Finally, I managed to solve the no WiFi issue on my laptop. No problem with the WiFi adapter card

I opened up my LG laptop and went to look for the WiFi adapter card. Unfortunately, it's built into the daughterboard (maybe LG wants to space space) which in turn connects to the motherboard. So no possibility to upgrade to WiFi 7 adapter by myself. Maybe need to ask LG whether it's possible to upgrade to the new WiFi 7.

So I just unscrewed the daughterboard and fiddle with it, put back and screwed the back casing in place. When I restart the laptop the WiFi came back

I think likely it's due to a loose connection somewhere

Device Manager also no longer showing the yellow triangle in the WiFi adapter card
