Kerish Doctor is safe to use. I've been using it on and off since it was first released. It won't delete any needed files or registry keys. I've used on many different computers over the years and have only ever seen a single false positive from the registry cleaner

Hello @roger_m . Ty for answering.

Can you confirm if that is true even for all the advanced features of Kerish? Or are you referring only to the cleaning temps and browsers options? For example, I remember it had options that could change some network features, remote management, and some other that could "speed up" windows by disabling "unused features" of the system...

Everything is safe. When it comes to tweaking Windows, it takes a fairly conservative approach, which won't cause any issues.

In my case, I just let it run in real time and do scans and cleans in the background. As well, when it finds recommendations for my system, I let it apply them.
