How do I remove the Safebrowsing.biz virus

I need help in removing the safebrowsing.biz virus from my computer! I've already followed the steps from this link: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-safebrowsing-biz-virus/but I'm still having problems with it. Websites and ads still continue to pop up and redirect whenever I go to/click a link or click something in a website. PLEASE HELP!!

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Can you remember how exactly you got infected? Did you download some software?

I think it was when I downloaded a Youtube downloader or a torrent but I already deleted those files

There's this search bar that appears below my original search bar and sometimes it automatically searches from there. I also experience beign redirected to different websites when I click on a link or search for a website.
