How do you Log out?

After finishing an activity that requires signing in, for example, online banking, viewing bills, checking emails, social media etc. do you log out and close tab? Or are there extra steps you might perform such as clearing cookies, cache and history?

I log out and close Microsoft Edge then PrivaZer cleans Edge

Clearing cookies on browser shutdown - so do not actively logout but will not be logged in when returning

Log out and close browser (marked "other action"). Sandboxie then clears the session automatically.

There is no particular reason, but I log out after cleaning up my history. It's almost like closing a book by marking the pages you've already read.
