5GB and the way OneDrive works, I could not afford more, since my C is only 32GB and OneDrive creates a duplicate folder in %USERPROFILE%\OneDrive

Please remember if you use files on demand not to use file history for backup.
File history only backups all your files if that option is unchecked.

I didn’t know you could move it. I use on demand, because it tries to download a ton of album artwork anytime I sync iTunes. Thanks for the hot tip!
