How to observe all changes made by a program?

I just want to see every changes that happened to registry when I click an executable/program installer? What is the easiest way?

RegSeeker has an option to track changes to files and registry in real time, but you'll need to buy an advanced edition to be able to export the list of changes.

Regshot is a free software that can "shot" a state before and state after you execute something and it will compare and export the changes that occurred.

Process Monitor is what you need. It logs registry, filesystem and processes running.
