Hello everybody,
I am having a problem with this CAPTCHA, I think it's blocking me from opening some platform. How can I remove it? I tried already to restart all settings in chrome and tried already with 2 different malware defenders but no success so far...Any suggestions 🤔

Hello, Welcome to MalwareTips.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

Download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).
Choose the 32 or 64 bit version for your system.
and save it to a folder on your computer's Desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please Attach it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

How to attach a file:
In the Reply section in the bottom of the topic Select Click the Choose a File.
Navigate to the location of the File.
Click the file. It will appear in section.
Click the Saving button.

Please attach the logs for my review.

Wait for further instructions

p.s.
This program is updated often.
If it's identified as suspicious by your Anti-Virus program trust it if Downloaded from the link I provided.
OR, you should restore the program from the Quarantine folder.

Hi,

Unfortunately your frst.txt is missing the top section.

Please copy the full contents in your next reply or attached it.

Hi,

Please download the attached Fixlist.txt file to the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the FRST.txt log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

The Computer will restart when the fix is completed.

It will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

If the problem persist is Chrome generating these CAPTCHA?

On all sites or just a few sites?

What exactly are you doing?

Just on some sites. I am trying to open a trading platform and after I solve the captcha it's just loading and can't open a platform. This is something that was not happening before when captcha was not showing up, so I am just assuming that's the problem, I'm not 100%.

Execute the suggested fix.

Restart the computer normally.

Try this.

Chrome - Clear your cache and cookies

Hey Nasdaq, it's working now. Actually started working after I run that program so I didn't even have to do this with chrome. But I did these settings and cookies earlier and it didn't work so I have no idea what was that...Anyway, it's working now and that's important so thank you a lot for your help, I really appreciate it. All the best
