    Not even close. They remove the infection itself, but your files will still be encrypted. In fect if you look closely at your hyperlinked page, under the "Get encrypted files back" section, it basically lists methods which I have already listed above.

    Can I Infect Cryptowall to my another PC and use 1 file free decrypt??
    I want to decrypt a very important excel file......
    Or Plz Share me Decrypter of yours

    No. A unique key is generated for each PC cryptowall infects.

    If you are infected with crypto wall/crypto locker/any kind of crypto virus, you CANNOT recover the files without the private key. Although I do not condone paying the ransom, that is the only way to get your files back. Better make back ups next time.
