I scanned my old computer w/ Malwarebytes, Bitdefender and Zemana - Is the computer still infected?

What ever you do think about getting a decent backup software like macrium reflect free for example. If it was my pc i would save all important files and format and do a fresh install. I couldn't trust a pc who was infected and do onlinebanking and sleep good afterwards. What if a scanner missed something...
If i got a bad feeling after surfing the web i just rollback to another backup which takes under 3 mins and my mind is happy. Yes im a bit paranoid
For the extra paranoid make a backup of your backup on an external hdd from time to time
