Advice Request If you use Telegram, then how do you use it at Desktop?

Hi, I use Telegram for my phone and also Windows PC.
I have a habit of opening Telegram and then exiting it fully when not using it.
I open and close it several times when my PC is on.

Some people keep it running in the background. I don't like to do that.
I thought to know how do you use it?

Even I use Telegram on my mobile device and Windows PC.
It keeps running in the background. I have no issues with it

I also use it in mobile and in Windows, but I kill manually the process in both devices and only open it when needed...

I have been using Telegram on mobile and for Windows, always closed and re-opened the Desktop app on Windows. Finally uninstalled on Windows only some months ago, after that just using Telegram on mobile only that's enough for me...

I use it on mobile (F-Droid version) and on Desktop i use Unigram (Windows Store version) which is unofficial but build as AppContainer App. Official Telegram App from Windows Store isn't sadly AppContainer and they're doesn't care.
