In windows task manager: 8 chrome procceses in chrome built in task manager: 4 procceses

that's normal, Chrome uses multiple processes to increase stability/performance.

Chrome probably only shows the tabs as processes. Task manager also shows every Chrome extension and every plugin as its own process.

nope. have it on my system and i have no malware on it. it is typical for many chrome processes to be rendered in it. might be because of chrome's sandboxing techniques.
