Hi, my PC startup startup is very slow from few months

I've previously been targeted by fileless kernel mode rootkit on my older pc(then when I click restore code and then run TDSS Killer, it'd find that lot of windows drivers etc were forged etc probably Darkcomet RAT and BadUSB, botnet etc) I was not literate in Cyber security before the last 2-3 years (also I suspect that the PC repair shop from whom I'd bought my previous desktop, are doing black magic to me and rootkit/malware to my devices)

it seems it recently hopped into my new laptop too. It's a 10 year old laptop which I purchased second hand from a trustworthy source 5 years ago.

I've kept my laptop with all new technologies like UEFI, GPT etc up-to-date with latest Windows 11 and Kaspersky Total Security.

Here's my current laptop's GMER scan report
