Thank you for your reply. Before proceeding, I need to let you know that I got impatient last night and ran the malware scan again and the quarantine went through. My computer seemed to be fine on restart. I was using IE all day and now opened up Chrome and now seems to be getting sluggish again so I am thinking the virus is still here. Do I need to redo the FRST scan or should I proceed with your instructions? Thank you.

@Jena, download Fixlist, default location is C:\Users\Silvia\Downloads.
Run Farbar tool and click Fix button.
When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop (C:\Users\Silvia\Downloads), called Fixlog.txt.

"Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!"

Is it clear now?

I thought you wanted a fresh look at my system before i proceeded with the Fix? I have not done the Fix yet because I understood you wanted me to send you the Scan file again?
