Hello. My Config on my phone.. what could increase security? Maybe a anti virus?


I only use Signal as a messenger and don't have any social media accounts on Facebook and so on.

In general, I only visit reputable sites and don't actually install any apps, and if I do, I only install them from the Google Store. But of course i can't be 100% safe, but i would still like to avoid any avoidable risk

uh, forgot to mention that I already use Google password manager. added it to my config.

do you mean the google authenticator? What about a av with find my phone? I don't mind if it costs something...

EDIT: i bought right now the titan security key, because I actually use quite a few Google services and am happy with them because they simply work. It's not ideal for privacy, but everything works and the usability is just excellent in my opinion.

Yeah, Google Auth, or Microsoft Auth, Aegis Auth...

There is a Find my phone feature already integrated in Android, You only have to download the app:

Google Find My Device - Apps on Google Play

Find, ring, lock, and erase any lost Android device

play.google.com

If you have healthy surfing habits, You don't need an av in Android.

okay so i add now: google auth, find my device and the google titan key.

Reflect the changes, editing the config.

Sadly the google titan key isnt availabe right now in my region, so I'll cross that off my list for now and plan it for later.

I also bought Eset Premium for Android and activated all features. I've already edited my config accordingly and I'll leave my smartphone like that for now. Thanks for the advice!
