do as i said:
1- dedicate one rig only for gaming. there you won't need any security/privacy software, which is best for full FPS and no disturbances while gaming.
2- use another one for your daily use.

or you can also dual-boot.

From my experience, dual booting increases the complexity of the final system and the chances of an upgrade either Windows- or Linux-side to go wrong. Plus, a separate rig is a luxury for most around these parts...
