VirusTotal thinks it's clean.

Spoiler

Haven't used that specific one, but another online converter which is also clean via VirusTotal and works well for me:

YTMP3 - YouTube to MP3 Converter

Download your favorite YouTube videos as MP3 or MP4 files for free with YTMP3, a user-friendly YouTube to MP3 Converter. No subscription or sign-up needed.

ytmp3.cc

Edit to add: just scanned the dvd url just now, nothing picked it up.

Keep in mind that Energized is quite aggressive and has false positives. On VirusTotal only Dr.Web flags the setup as "Program.Freemake.254". Freemake however is another video converter: Freemake - Best Freeware Alternatives To Paid Video Software
