Advice Request Is it possible to recover deleted Outlook messages ?

Hello,
I have already seen miracles in computer science and I hope to be able to benefit from them.
Yesterday I deleted by mistake many messages which were stored in Outlook.
I am using Outlook 2013 and have no backup on this old PC.
Is there a way to retrieve these messages?
