Is Mookie1 Malware?

Hello. I'm using Bitdefender Total Security 2018 and I have a problem right now. One time, when I'm surfing in Youtube, I saw a "Waiting odr.mookie1.com" alert on Chrome. I did a fast scan and It havent find any problem. I searched the internet and I find some websites are calling it malware and some forums recommend me Adwcleaner and Malwarebytes. I seem some cookies of it too. My Chrome extensions are Bitdefender Wallet and Google Translate. I deleted the cookies but it returned to the cookies again in some minutes and when I closed the 3rd party cookies It doesn't returns. Is it malicious? What should I do? And I forgot the say, Its returning when I surf some sites (I can't remember) and cookiepedia says some big websites have this cookie but some download-wants malware help sites are saying it's a malware. I can't understand it. And Malwarebytes,HitmanPro,Bitdefender, can't find anything about it. And you know Hitman is deleting all the cookies. Only adwcleaner finds a heuristic pup but I think It's not same this. Please have a nice day, thanks for your help...
