Advice Request Is Shadow Defender a secure solution for AV Testing?

Due to the risk of VM jumping I haven't tested anything yet.

I've seen someone on here using Shadow Defender as a testing environment.

Is that a good/secure solution (alongside a VPN)?
Shadow Defender od not virtual machine...it's software called Light Virtualisation due to some differences. More info here
You can easily test any application using SD but in case of AV or another security solution you should remember that SD removes every made changes in shadowed disk after reboot. So if tested app needs reboot you lose results of installation. That's only one case in which SD cannot be a good testing environment.
