ok but before I begin I just want to remind that combofix was ran at the beginning of this thread and I never unistalled or deleted it. Is it still safe to proceed with the mentioned step? BTW IE is now BLAZING FAST

Folder is gone internet browser is fast KUDOS!!! Now how do I rescure this monster after all this? Lol any antivirus suggestions? Anti-malware is definately on the top of my list. But as far as all the changes made i.e. context handlers, combo fix, user account control, etc. Anything have to be reverted back?

No there is no need to revert these.
STEP 1 :Remove ComboFix from your computer
<ol>
<li>Hold down the <>Windows key</> + <>R</> on your keyboard. This will display the Run dialogue box</li>
<li>In the Run box, type in <>ComboFix /Uninstall</> <em>(Notice the space between the "x" and "/")</em> then click <>OK</> <a href="http://malwaretips.com/blogs/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/combofix-uninstall.png"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-4129" title="Uninstall Combofix" src="http://malwaretips.com/blogs/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/combofix-uninstall.png" alt="Combofix uninstall command" width="413" height="212" /></a></li>
<li>Follow the prompts on the screen</li>
<li>A message should appear confirming that ComboFix was uninstalled</li>
</ol>

Now that your PC is clean, I recommend you to create a new System Restore point then purge the old ones after.
For XP
How to create a Restore Point in XP
Delete all restore points except the most recent one
For Vista
Create a restore point
Delete all but the most recent restore point
For Windows 7
Create a restore point
Delete all but the most recent restore point - Click the Delete all but the most recent restore point link
Keep your system updated
I also recommend you to switch your antivirus program to a better one. Here are some suggestions:
