I have the same problem with Windows 8. I ran Malwarebytes, adwcleaner, and hitmapro. I also reset my browsers and increased security. I still get Internet Explorer popping up with ads when I open certain sites or certain links on chrome. I will try the Zemana AntiMalware now.
