Has anyone ported their Ivacy account to PureVPN, especially those with lifetime accounts?

I have a lifetime account, and unfortunately, I am unable to migrate to the new one. Maybe it's because there's no credit card added, but I don't want to add one since the account is already paid for...

They have to settle out the lifetime accounts as in Ivacy they are seen as a subscription with an end date. I am afraid we`ll be left with the subscription plan and that`s not good at all.

Send them an email and wait for their reply, it is a non-working day today.

My end date has passed; it was supposed to be extended, but it wasn't. The VPN kept working, so I didn't worry about it

I finally managed to talk to a consultant, and the account has been transferred to PureVPN
I received a 5year plan

I have a yearly contract; expiring Jan 25, and I have added my CC but still get the "Ooops" message

I have a lifetime license and it transferred fine. It shows as 5 years just like Ivacy did. PureVPN support told me to let them know just before the renewal date and they would take care of it.
