So guys this is my testing PC .. I use this most of the times....
I can run a VMware with no problems and also I can play any game which was released before 2010.( and most of the games which were launched in 2010)
To be honest its more than enough. but I might try to upgrade it a little....nothing fancy though. :D
If you have any suggestion or need any other details .... please tell me... :D

I've bought this PC 3 years ago......and at that time it was pretty good. I've added 1 GB of Ram to it.
Also because this PC it's "ON" almost all day long .... and the cooling is not very good I've removed the side panels of the case..Seem to do the trick :lolz:

If you want a testing machine just buy a junk pc. Real maleate testing should be done on a live pc. Using a VM is not real to me. You can buy a junk pc from a tag sale for $50.

Well for me this PC is something "like a junk pc" :D ... ..... I have a new and better one in the house that I will also showcase.....
I like to do testing in the VM because I can just snapshot back very easily... :D .. I use this PC to play with software and see how they act in real life...You know : System Impact and general feel.

the only think that you do is to make sure the cpu cooler is not covered with dust; your temp is at the boarder (max 49-65), I would also try to get a dual Channel SDDRM (3x4x4x8 pin), and a SATA II if you know plan to get upgrade it but if I were you I would wait or the new AMD cpu (fusion or Bulldozer).

I don't know the motherboard temp but 22 is a good temp so you could try to overcock your NB (north bridge). This a fast tips.

I've replaced my graphic card with a new ATI Radeon HD4650 1GB DDR2 128-bit AGP
and installed a new AMD Athlon II X2 255 Dual Core 3.1GHz Processor.

you made a good move to switch to a x86 system, better for testing some non-x64 compatible apps (like zemana AL, radar exe pro, etc...)

Also nice on upping the RAM with better stuff and more of it... it'll be good enough for testing more now... not bad setup you have there I must say.
