Please clarify the exact version of Quick Heal product You are using as Real-Time protection.

Also consider the already suggestions made by @brod56 & @Dhruv2193, and in particular especially about to add additional on demands scanners and a system image backup solution for the system: Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper.

Why not extensions? Add HTTPS Everywhere, uBlock Origin.

Follow suggestions about backups, it is very important also in case of infection.
