Solved Java Runtime May Be Updated

I don't have a flash drive or a USB stick, but I have a writable CD-R, will that be any good?
 
USB is the best option, I have never tried CD, but you can try. It is easier if you can borrow USB, process will be completed in 5 minutes.
 
Sorry for the late reply, I was out for most of the day yesterday.

I decided to do a Repair Install of Windows because it was saying the fixist.txt could not be found. The internet is working now.
