@jn221: Your config is "Secure" except for this: Yes - On my host PC, isolated from files and network, please if You are testing malware do it in an isolated system using a Virtual Manchine (VMWare or VirtualBox).

Also, You may consider:
  • You may removed from Virus and Malware Removal Tools -> GData, as if Your main real.time solution,.
  • Set UAC to Always Notify.
  • Install uBlock Origin (and delete AdBlock).

Things that could take off from your config:
  • Bitdefender Traffic Light - this could be changed to Norton Safe Web, Avira Browser Safety or VTZilla depending which browser you use
  • HTTPS Everywhere - in 2018 most websites now use HTTPS as a standard rollout thanks to Google pushing for it
  • Google as search engine - changes to DuckDuckGo or Startpage for your default search engine
Things to optionally add to your config:
  • Wise Disk Cleaner is a better alternative to CCleaner
  • Add Sysharderner, basic OS hardening rules for your computer and Windows Firewall
  • Add Sandboxie for greater browser security/privacy
  • Specify which browser you could be using so I can give you extra help on extensions to install
  • OSArmor as an anti-exploit alongside G-Data
  • Add Emsisoft Emergency Kit as another on demand scanner
Thanks for sharing.
