very doubtful......I don't believe a lot of consumers use it. I personally believe it borders on abandon-ware. Support is non existent.

This is not correct. It's definitely not an abandon-ware and support is available for paid customers.

Oh, It’s VERY correct......

Trust me, they don't respond regardless, trial or otherwise. I purchased licenses for a consulting client that is an Indian operated firm in the USA and they insisted on using it. We had some issues, they never responded. I emailed everyone I could find at that company, they never responded. The Indian guy emailed them in their native language, and they never responded. I called them, 4 times, and they never picked up the phone.

With that kind of pathetic support, put your money elsewhere.
