I believe the avast forum acts in very much the same way.Any inkling of negative feedback and you get watched...then if the negative feedback continues you then get reported to a moderator.
What on earth is the point of a forum if you cannot air your issues freely and if your a paying customer i would expect top notch support not getting show down in flames and accused of trolling.
