If one's device is locked by Kaspersky Anti-Threat, could one regain control of one's device in any way, shape or form, without having access to the secret code?

Well if they could I guess Kaspersky's Anti-threat is garbage. :p
That makes sense, but I'm talking about stuff like swapping out the SIM card or something similar. Can't you "flash" android devices without having to log into the OS?

For the seller to lock your devices, you need to go on Kaspersky app, manually activate anti-theft and set Kaspersky as device admin.

Do not do any of that.

My recommendations for you:
Immediately uninstall Kaspersky from your device. If you can't pay for security, there are loads of free apps.
Do not set Kaspersky as device admin.
