Kaspersky flags Fortinet as malware !!

i think its false positive though, because only Emsisoft and Kaspersky detects it as malware, but shouldn't they be more careful about atleast other anti-malware software??

I guarantee it will more than likely be a false positive. They could be been conflicting and rubbed each other the wrong way which set it off. The companies will fix it though. (I hope).
