Advice Request Kaspersky Free and MAPI

When I run the send-to-email command from an open MS Word document, it works, and successfully sends the message from Outlook, along with the attached doc -- except for the annoying fact that the text in the body of the email message is omitted.
It doesn't happen every time, but it happens a lot.
This problem is not limited to Kaspersky. It is a common AV problem and the solution is usually to turn off email protection.
But on Kaspersky free, you can't do that, as far as I can tell.

Hum, I don't use MAPI/IMAP servers... try temporally disabling scan of encrypted connections in Settings -> Network... also try to disable in Network -> Monitored ports -> IMAP ports...

Or try a specific exclusion for OutLook at Threats & Exclusions:

I always disable outgoing email scans.
