Kaspersky announced today the release of build 12.0.0.374 which is a "Technical Release" (RC) and also the release of Patch
"A" for it.
Kaspersky will upload on public sources the build 12.0.0.374 with patch "A" integrated.

Fixed issues which were found during beta-testing:
  • Gadget GUI is not working good
  • GUI: Saferun button in reports
  • Tray icon take time to appears
  • One bug on alert "Firewall" (apply to all)
  • CN: Self Defence: Kaspersky driver can be deleted by script
  • Product crashes (including compatibility with Game Guard) and some functional issues were fixed

What is the best way configure Kaspersky Internet Security 2012?
And can I use Malwarebtyes and/or Emsisoft Anti-Malware as
Secondary Scanner!

Having not used Kaspersky, I cannot comment further.
I see no issues from using Malwarebytes and/or Emsisoft as secondary scanners.

There shouldn't be any issue with running MBAM or Emsisoft as on-demand scanners.
For configuring KIS 2012, I suppose that maybe this video can help:



I don't know exactly how good the configuration is, but I guess if that doesn't work out, Jack can give you some advice.
