Use this comand:

"%programfiles(X86)%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 21.2\avp.com" start scan_qscan

Please take care to modify above path according your Kaspersky version, ex: "%programfiles(X86)%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Total Security 20.0\avp.com" start scan_qscan

Thnx. I've used this command when in one of previous versions, KIS stopped performing automatic background scans, although that option was enabled. After running it once this way, automatic scans returned.

@Minimalist Some game players are disabling the automatic RKS option and are running from time to time a manual Rootkit Scan. Also, when starting above command the scan is hanging for a certain time on 1% , please don’t cancel ...
