How does this compare to Kaspersky Total Security?

This lacks Cloud Protection and Application Control?

Better. No "Devices in my Network", "Hard Drive Health Monitor", "Kaspersky VPN". I don't use any of them anyway, less bloat than the consumer version.

It is KTS without all the feature I mention above.

KSCloud Personal has AC and Cloud, has all the modules in KIS/KTS and those additional ones... KSCLoud Free -> no Application Control nor FireWall and other features and additional modules...

I think this has already been responded... KSCloud (paid) is a KTS with additional features, focused in protect different devices in a home for example...
