Dear customer!
We’re currently experiencing technical issues affecting several Kaspersky services. License activation may be delayed for licenses purchased on or after October 10. Access to My Kaspersky and some features in Kaspersky VPN, Kaspersky Safe Kids and Kaspersky Password Manager may be limited or unavailable.
User data has not been affected and remains safe. License and subscription renewals for all products are operating as usual.
Our team is working around the clock to restore all services as soon as possible.
- Protection features continue to work as usual across all platforms. Antivirus databases are being updated, and your data remains safe.
- Activation of newly purchased licenses is temporarily unavailable. We will extend the license validity period to account for the date on which the license is actually activated. There is no need to contact Support — we will handle everything automatically.
- Kaspersky VPN, Kaspersky Safe Kids and Kaspersky Password Manager apps are operating with limited functionality. Once normal operation is restored, subscriptions to these apps will be automatically extended to compensate for the duration of the service disruptions.
- You may experience difficulties accessing your My Kaspersky account. To ensure that your previously activated protection continues to work properly, please do not sign out of your account in the app or reinstall the app on your device.
- Passwords and other data in Kaspersky Password Manager are stored locally on your devices and will be synchronized across them once the service is fully restored.
- Purchases via the Apple App Store are temporarily unavailable.
If you are experiencing any of the issues described above, there is no need to contact Support separately — we are already aware of the problem and are working to resolve it. This will help us assist everyone more quickly.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologize for the inconvenience.
