The interesting thing to me is that Defender had a slightly better result (no remaining temp files) on the mixed malware samples, which might point to a protection strategy of using Defender with a capable supplemental anti-ransomware app (Hitman Pro.Alert, etc.) providing superior protection to Kaspersky alone.

So basically, Kaspersky did its job. This is how I see it.

Good point. You can't get much more Zero-Day than that.
