Solved Kaspersky wont start

(kaspersky wont start) i downloaded the (getsysteminfo) and uploaded the info to kaspersky center which contain the details and they replay ( You seem to have Baidu stuck on your system. Can you follow this guide to have it removed ) and they guide me to get help from you , Knowing i did tried malwarebytes and HitmanPro but didn't work either ,
please solve my problem ,

Hello,

You are still using Windows XP, 3 years after Microsoft stopped supporting it. I cannot help you with it and 99% of latest software isn't supporting it.
